Northeast
Tampa / Temple Terrace The
University of South Florida is at the heart
of Northeast Tampa; this is Bulls Country!
This area has a diverse population including
affluent and middle class families, college
students, young professionals and long time
residents of the area. |

Tampa / Tampa Palms Located
10 minutes north of the USF campus, New
Tampa and Tampa Palms is made up of newer
construction homes and offers easy access
to major highways, close proximity to a
wide variety of shopping, dining and entertainment. |

Northwest
Tampa Located
15 minutes west of the USF campus, Northwest
Tampa includes the neighborhoods of Carrollwood,
Lutz and Odessa. This area ranges between
suburban, rural and has both new and old
construction. |

Brandon
Brandon is located
15 minutes southeast of the USF campus.
The area offers a suburban lifestyle with
a wide variety of both new and old construction
housing options as well as great restaurants,
shopping, recreation and entertainment. |

Downtown
Tampa
Located 15 minutes
south of the USF campus, Downtown Tampa,
which also includes the neighborhoods of
historic Ybor, Channelside District, Harbour
Island, is the center for Tampa Bay Commerce
and is quickly becoming a great place to
live as well. |

South
Tampa Located
20 minutes southwest of the USF campus,
South Tampa is considered by many Tampa
residents to be the affluent and hip epicenter
of Tampa. The area features predominantly
historic and older, well maintained homes.
Its just a short drive west to St. Petersburg
and the beaches, is minutes from Downtown
Tampa and the Tampa International Airport
and MacDill Airforce base is located at
the very south tip of the South Tampa peninsula.
