GUIDANCE APPLICANTS
Elementary, Middle, Secondary, and Adult Fall Guidance Counselor Screening

The applications deadline for the Fall Guidance Screenings for Elementary, Middle, Secondary, and Adult Guidance personnel is Friday, August 25, 2006.

Individuals who are interested in applying for a School Guidance Counselor position must have a Master's Degree in Guidance and Counseling or a Master's Degree with certification in School Guidance and Counseling from an accredited institution, must have completed a practicum in a K-12 setting, and must have successfully passed the appropriate level guidance screening. The next guidance screenings are scheduled for September 18, 2006 for the middle/senior high level or September 19, 2006 for the elementary/middle school level. Persons who have completed all certification requirements may request a guidance application from Veda Faulkner-Elliott, Application Services, at (813) 273-7558 OR may visit this web page for a downloadable PDF version of the application. Applications must arrive no later than Friday, August 25, 2006 at 4:00 p.m.
